Allow mounts in legacy raids

Legacy raids are old content but many people including myself like to farm old raids for appearances, mounts and other stuff.

I think it would be super cool to have the ability to use a mount in those raids. My main is a warlock and having to walk for the entire run is so painful. What do you guys think ?

You can run virtually unlimited as a Warlock with the talent. Problem solved.

If not the mount, then a few other suggestions:

  1. Enable an NPC which will only be active when legacy is enabled. This NPC will grant a boon, which will increase your movement speed by 50-100% for 15 seconds, when an enemy mob is killed.
  2. Give us a food to craft, which does essentially the same thing.
  3. Give us a potion, which does essentially the same thing and will only work in legacy dungeons, raids.

The bald streamer made a pretty good video on how to exceed 170% movement speed in dungeons.

You know what would solve my problem ? Run at %?$$ 100% speed.

Personally, the past few weeks of raid farming I’ve found myself wishing for an item that teleports you to the beginning of the raid/dungeon.

Most of these tactics involve legion legendaries and other methods that are going away with the next patch :confused:

I did use my boost on a Druid to farm old stuff though. It’s pretty nice!

Yea I feel you. A few classes can do this, such as Druid and DK using their ability to go to moon glade / the DK place. Once you go back, you are at the entrance of the instance. I think there is another class that can do this?

Protip, create a group with only yourself when you do your runs. Then drop group when you want out. Poof. Teleport to nearest graveyard outside.
