World of Warcraft currently has a problem no one is talking about… Names. So many of them over the years have been taken and soon, most players will have to be named, “Philting, Phinevil, Fanelaiane, Marollanarin, Huddoroy, Joelgaridan, iuuhgshsdg, dfuhfhfsd, thisismynamefive,” and a bunch of just random names which often look like a complete mess…
How would we fix this? Last names! Boom! Now you can be Sophia Turner, Elizabeth Black, Joel the Brave, all those wonderful names are free and open to all of us! I, for example, would be called Ashuria Aimeravie. Isn’t that wonderful?!
While I know some people just want to be called by their one word name, no one is taking that away from you! You can keep it and open back up normal names for everyone!
Joel Thebrave ya mean…u asked for last names, not middle.
Besides, that’s more ‘title’ than name. Perhaps a name of ‘nick’, but yeah, more title than name. Heh.
I don’t see why not, but I also don’t see why this needs to be added rather than fix the core problems with the game. Once players are majority happy with gear, fun, and power progression, then we can focus on these arbitrary additions.
That would be nice, also up the character limit a bit. I have had some pretty great character names, at least I thought they were, in the past that were too long by 1 or 2 characters
I second that request, it would solve so many naming issues and people wouldnt have to use those weird characters in their names as often as they do now (Its a pain to type that…).
Some of my character’s names are their last names. Like Emberforge, my Dark Iron, and Felfuse, my Goblin. Would be so cool if i could actually use their full names.
