This is for the Paladin class campaign. When on the quest, the cages that the 2 NPCs I’m supposed to rescue are missing. If I abandon the quest, they show back up but if I take the quest again, they disappear again.

Same here. Cages aren’t present if I have the quest and if I don’t I cannot interact with them. As a paladin quest

I’m facing the exact same problem. Besides this quest, there is another paladin class hall quest that is bugged, the “Ravencrest’s Legacy” one, where the first boss just instantly kills you with any auto atacks or spells.

@Caibosh after reading your last reply I went to check but it’s still the same bugged quest npc’s without their cages. Can you confirm you were able to complete the quest?
Yes, I was having the same problem describe by everyone else. I logged in today, my paladin was parked right near the two NPC’s, and the cages were there and I could interact with them.
I did nothing different. They were just there this time.
