Can we remove the rep grinds for the allied races yet? The allied races should just be a questline outside of the allied race recruitment hall in their respective cities.
I already did the rep grind to unlock every allied race, but the idea that new players cannot even play a race they might want to, because first they need a level 60 char of that faction and then they have to grind the rep for them is frustrating.
It should just be a quest at level 20 or 30, and should be similar to what it is, except you choose a race and do its questline from there.
Simple, easy and gives more accessibility to people to play what they actually want to play.
How are you allied with them if youâre not exalted, though? Thatâs sorta the whole point of becoming allied with them - A counter point is introducing a small quest chain that gives an abundance of rep, rather than having to grind rep.
Just thinking that shortening that and making it so people do not have to go get friendly with every BFA race and so on to do the questline would be beneficial to the newer players.
Took me a long time to build up a desire to do them when I came back, and now I have friends who want to unlock the races to play them and they have to go back and its discouraging.
Allied isnât reputation , allied is them being asked to fight with you in the faction. The rep was an arbitrary feature to slow you down and give âfauxâ content.
I have 'em all and honestly at this point even when current it was pointless⊠so yeah I am for any reductions or eliminations for easier access to the ARâs.
The requirements listed havenât changed since before I started. Itâs always said you need the campaign completion achievement, and a level 50 character to do it.
No one wants to go back and slog through old content to unlock stuff. I also âearned themâ (itâs a game, not a job) and I say just unlock them, FFS itâs old content now just let people have fun. In a game. They PAY for.
