I can’t unlock the mechagnomes. I have gotten the achievement but can’t get the quest to unlock the allied race
Kelsey Steelspark is the NPC that starts that. In Boralus by the Inn is a Fountain, she stands there and ask for help.
however the step after this is bugged as per Someone Who Can Help - Escape Pod objective - #35 by Saltfire-illidan
