Allied race idea: troll'dorei

A subspecies of elves who have begun to transform back into the likeness of their ancestral kin. These magnificent beings of tremendous power would be allied with the Alliance.
I believe this is the kind of creativity and depth that the Alliance is looking for in their allied races.

Here is my rendition of what these beings would look like;
