I still need to play through the zone but I think Iād make a priest, though the priests do seem a bit evilā¦ I shall see upon completing the story line!

I always wanted a mage Arrakoa if they became playable.

Iām just super interested onto where they will go with allied races, could just be covenant races or we could get some wild cards!

Iād bet we wonāt see the covenant races being ARās. Doesnāt make a lot of sense why theyād choose one side over another.
I do suspect blizzard will add new races after SLs though.

I think my Arakkoa would be a paladin. Since they have neat lore with the light and sun.

Itās a neat idea but they will probably have some crazy clipping and weird armor stretching for sure. Really I have a hard time seeing them in any class tier without looking sort of bad.
I hope the OP of this megathread is doing alright. Itās a shame that they had to stop playing and were unable being able to continue with this megathread, as they had a lot of passion for Arakkoa (passion in general is a great thing to see in race megathreads in general).
Iām still very much interested in playable Arakkoa. I lean more toward Alliance for them, but likely they would also fit in the Horde. As for classes, Iād have to see what their options would be, but a male Arakkoa Arcane Mage would likely be my first choice if they did go on the Alliance.
Hopefully, weāll see continued support for Arakkoa. Theyāre one of the races I see get request quite a bit, and they could use someone who is passionate about them to lead support for them to become playable.

However, as far as I know, the majority of them just stand there and arenāt interactable in anyway or are a part of any quest I am aware of. Only the Saurok spirit has a short conversation event with a couple of other generic soul NPCās, one of which is suppose to be a Dwarf. Also, from what Iāve see, the soul types donāt change at all, so the Arakkoa spirit is in one spot and, again to my knowledge, doesnāt change when you leave and come back to the area.

There are quite a few requested races that have spirits, may just be npc filler for showing different worlds who knows! I think it is good that they are recognizing them though!

Like ogres and saberons, arakkoas were a good thing that was wasted and Iām afraid to wait for the blizzard to see it bear fruit.
If blizzard ever wants to.
Arakkoas would do good for the Alliance, if that is not another race too good for the blue faction and we end up with another exotic blood elf, a human with big ears or some gnome made of wood, for the horde to receive arakkoas.

However, if youāre drumming up support for making the Arakkoa a playable race, I support your cause 100%!
Weāve had a bunch of garbage offloaded on us as far as races go (pick your poison here). The Arakkoa are a ready-built, turn key race. A good question WHY donāt we have them yet?
