I did the “ready for war” achievement on my level 50 horde character and in the orgrimmar embassy there is no quest for the allied race of the orcs. I recently unlocked the vulperas and when I went to accept the quest, the orc quest was there, but when I accepted the vulpera one, the orc one disappeared. Now that I’ve completed the vulpera allied race questline, there is still no orc quest.

I have this same issue. I posted about it on the Bug forums, submitted a bug and a ticket in-game, and have tried several other steps like advancing further in the war campaign or checking other NPCs for the quest. I still have found no fix.
I suggest reporting it as a bug and maybe doing a ticket as well, if this is affecting others it may actually be a bug and not just me being dumb. If you can figure something out otherwise please let me know here!
