Horde raid bosses = no name nobodies and a neutral king.
Alliance raid bosses = named characters leading races within the faction.

That neutral king was God-King Rastakhan of the Zandalari empire, just the greatest empire Azeorth has ever seen or will ever see, they were as big as the Black Empire and the fact they survived this long talks about their importance and resilience.
If anything, your “named” character is but a maggot in a cesspool that soon will evaporate compared to the literal emperors of the world.
But yeah, let’s kill the rulers of Azeroth since ancient times but let’s save the Human Potential©.

The Alliance has already defeated its share of unmentionable terrors, but it does not dwell on past achievements, as if this helps to overcome current problems!
Zandalar is a decadent empire, which was ruled by a decadent and stupid king, who neglected his kingdom, which only went to hell, because his daughter had more attitude of going out to solve the problems, than sitting all day on the throne !
And at least she did not sell her soul to a treacherous Loa with Bowsaandi!

We’re not discussing the acts of characters but their relevance in lore, so thanks for the history lesson and let me remind you, the Alliance dealt with several world ending threats just because they had the support of the rest of the world, this includes us, the Horde. So before you go on and on in all the great achievements Stormwind has done, remember you did not do it on your own.
Long before even any Kingdom was even born, the Zandalari stood proud for conquering the planet, a single great empire that would remain to this very day. Are their leaders any lesser than yours? Your dear boy king has yet to even groom a heir. They are nothing, they are no one and long after they are gone, Zandalar will still be held high in the heart of the true children of Azeroth, the Trolls.
