That’s strange tho, I hear of horde on OCE complaining about the exact opposite where they end up on pure alli shards and getting facerolled.
I can’t say anything though because I haven’t entered 8.2 content yet.

Oceanic servers? They are typically alliance dominated so that makes sense.
OP, if youre noticing one side dominate WM you should make a report to Blizz and let them know their sharding is probably botched again.

If blizzard would let me pick the shard i go to, battlefield 4 style, then maybe i might* turn wm on. Im not going to a random server which is always 40 to 1.

I don’t know what “we” you are referring to . There are people who play Alliance a lot but who generally don’t PVP, so expecting them to turn on warmode is unreasonable. Then there are people who do PVP, but they tend to do so on their Horde characters because they like to play the side with numerical superiority. Talk to your fellow PVPers about switching sides, they are the reason there tends to be an imbalance in PVP.

Make overwhelming odds semi permanent for alliance and award a 430. That will get people out. Horde players would screech bloody murder. Granted they screech when their isn’t any alliance out in war mode as well…
Short of that? Honestly don’t hold your breath. People follow the path of least resistance and it’s just not an efficient use of time to have war mode on when outnumbered what 5 to 1? Which of course exacerbates the issue.

Well i would turn it back on if it wasn’t 1 v 20 all the time … My pvp shard is totally outnumbered by the horde, i took the portal to nazjatar and i had to literaly take it back right away because the alliance town was full of horde… been like that for the past fews days, it like 2-3 alliance vs full horde raid all the time. Who would try to pvp alone agaisnt all that ?

A game mode is a game mode. If it’s there, and people participate in it, then they want to enjoy it. You gonna tell a bunch of people they’re playing WoW wrong?

Its the opposite on oceanic servers…
Theres no horde around in WM during the event in Naz. I never get to complete it becuase i need to kill a player to be eligable.

Give me a reason to turn it on. A GOOD reason, one that I would consider a good one. For me pvp is NOT a valid reason. I chose an RP relm when i started playing to avoid the hassle of pvp.
