Bolvar can be despawned by kiting the mobs out of the keep. When you do this Bolvar despawns and does not respawn when Reginald Windsor returns to the front of SW.

It is currently happening on WildGrowth - Alliance. Bolvar was not spawned when arriving at Keep.
