Alliance zerged hangar earlier today in a match and gave horde docks. They still lost. I think zerging is the bigger issue. Stop zerging maybe?
I won last 2 IOC games as horde getting Glavies.
Getting hanger is all fine and good but if 10 ppl jump into horde base to run 5 bombs, it’s over .

Saw you a few times over the past 3 days, every time in IoC (I was on Alliance team playing an alt).
It’s quite entertaining watching the Alliance pugs argue about “what’s the plan?” in the pre-game 2 minutes, my goodness those docks vs hangar debates can get heated 
If you’re going to zerg docks then your whole raid group needs to escort them and be ready to jump on anyone who approaches them. They melt to a decent burst combo and losing even one drastically slows down your damage.
I managed to get my 100 IOC win achievement!!
It’s like Horde can’t lose IOC whatever happens … hanger , dock it does not matter .

You need docks and mid . Otherwise Horde will take demo’s put them under the protection of the tower guns and blast your Glavies into pieces.
It’s much harder now, however you can win with GTs if your defensive is responsive enough, however that"s not the point I’m making. If you want docks you have to protect the GTs like a mfer because they melt RN.
Frankly if 10 horde decide to take out alliance Glavies , it’s does not reallymatter how much you protect them . You can glide down from the tower and take out 3/4 of a Glavies health even before you land.
Docks are a losing/bad strategy and depend on the other team playing badly for it to succeed .

yeah this is the actual big mistake. Alliance tend to overload docks and lose both mid and hangar to horde (who send the larger group mid). You win the BG by taking 2 of the 3 and using mid to supplement / kill the glaives. Although i think glaives are under tuned on their HP and are just weaker than the reliable damage of hangar.
I did actually recently have alliance overload hangar, and they also got docks for free, while we only had mid. mid killed glaives and we took docks and won with mid + docks lol. Glaive DPS can definitely come back on hangar if you get some uptime
