So - it’s late, but A crapload of BWR on Pagle. Nessahelyan of course is mine. As for the BWR being an RP server in 05…I just paid to transfer my main a year ago from BWR to stormrage. BWR is dead unfortunately . Which is a shame because i think the default server for a while was bwr…a lot of people started from first play from there.

BWR was my first RP realm. I stopped playing for years and recently came back to find the server empty. =(
Perhaps it is because it was created tail end of vanilla oct 2006 befoe tbc/
Hey, I’m hoping to see if any Blackwater Raiders remember my Dad? He may have gone by Thorrgils or Patrick. I can’t recall his toons name, but he played a Dwarf Hunter with his then-wife (Who also played a Dwarf Hunter) and rerolled to Horde at the very end of Vanilla/Start of BC. His Horde belf was called Starraven.
I was very young at the time, but I swear it was BWR haha.
Well? Was this ever done?

I know it might be late in this thread’s life, but I am also one of the originals from Blackwater Raiders. I rolled on the server’s very first day, had an amazing and memorable first guild experience with Sigil, and met so many incredible people on both the Alliance and Horde side! Original Emmanuelle slipped into the Emerald Dream forever while trying out Mists of Pandaria, but I was reborn on Bloodsail Buccaneers and am having more fun than ever!
If anyone who knew or remembers me wants to reconnect, please reply here or send me an in-game mail on BB. I would love to catch up on old BWR times and maybe have some new adventures going forward!

Hi there!! Nice to hear from a familiar face!! When I was active in the guild, Lathe was the GM and I think after TBC released it was Reina? It was the first time I ever raided, going into ZG, UBRS, MC, etc with the guild. So many memories!

I didn’t know Lathe was ever the GM, but it makes sense. Sigil was a bit of a revolving door. I stopped playing Eluna when TBC came out and started a draenie shaman named Rainna. I was the first level 70 alliance shaman on BWR. We got the server first for most the bosses in Karazhan, then Sigil fall apart. I, as Rainna, reformed Sigil as GM and Lathe was our main tank.
I was pretty frustrated and decided to stop playing wow about a few months after that. Ascension, one of the top Horde guilds had just beaten us to server first for Gruul’s, and asked me if I wanted to re-roll horde side and join them. I had little interest in trying horde side, but decided to give it a shot. So I made a blood elf warlock named Lovina(who I’m posting as) and never raided Alliance side again.
