I played a dwarf rogue in vanilla at 60 (also had a 60 undead rogue, but who didn’t?). It was an alt but I did raid MC and ZG on him. Got full epics pretty quick. Stoneform will be nice in PvP against the flood of warriors you will see in classic. Also helps give you a big edge on other rogues/Druids/hunters since you can break blind or physical dots.
True you lose sword/mace spec but it’s worth it for the PvP bonus imo. Perception is easily countered by just running in 1 direction. I personally hated combat as a spec so at 60 it was daggers all the way. Unless you like to min/max I’d roll dwarf. Or even gnome for escape artist and littleness.
Everybody’s rolling human anyway, lame.

Dwarf is by far the best for BGs but most people slot human because they want the sword skill in raids. I would too if I was going to dedicate to swords. As dagger, I’d probably go night elf, good all around bonuses for rogues. Stoneform vs players just isn’t enough for me to take the race. I only care about ranks up to 8, then I’m done with that anyway. Human also gets you through your reps faster.
Guess I need to make a decision soon. Lol
Undead rogue huh… You sound like just the type that would be ganking newbs in redridge or darkshire and eating their corpses
I wouldn’t do that. It’s not worth my time. West fall however. Something about a defias escort quest. That’s plain fun. I prefer ganking high levels myself.
