I don’t think that’s frustrating so much as just using something to their advantage. If Horde players don’t like it, they should resign from WM en masse until it’s in their favor. Blizzard, as ever, has created yet another PvP system where the best way to advance through PvP is to not PvP.

Ok, well you might not think it’s frustrating, and that’s fair, but I absolutely think it’s frustrating and that’s fair too. And that’s already happened on our shard, because while the game overall has more Horde, for some reason on our servers the balance is tipped waaaaay over to Blue side, and they still get the extra benefits, so less and less Horde here sign up for WM, which doesn’t fix anything because the WM bonuses are gamewide.
If they made it per shard, then Horde would be getting the bonuses here, and more people would sign up until it evened out as intended. But for now, that isn’t happening.

You can find it frustrating, sure. But there’s not really a lot of sympathy to be had when the rest of the experience is so skewed towards Horde.
I mean, you noticed that every major guild in the PvE race was Horde, right? That’s external to the question, but I don’t think it’s healthy to implore people to think about the faction that’s doing much better than the other one.

I wasn’t asking for sympathy and I am not trying to get into another debate about who Blizzard likes more, and I don’t really care about the rest of that stuff. All I was saying is the simple fact that on our shard, Alli have an overwhelming advantage in numbers while still getting the benefits intended for the underrepresented side. And speaking only of my own experience, and not trying to take it any further than that, it sucks.

It does not suck when a beaten-down subset of players figures out how to beat the pumped-up subset of players through gaming the system, no.

Ok Enekie. I guess I am getting what I deserve then for being a Horde in WM on an RP shard. I’m really glad our Horde here can be the whipping boys for how much Blizz favors us everywhere else in the game. I guess that makes it ok.

Jesus Christ. No I did have a problem with it and that’s why I was glad they gave them the WM benefits. Because I don’t live my life wishing unfair things happen to other people just because unfair stuff happens to me sometimes, and I also wanted more Alli out there to PVP with.
All I was saying is NOW, on OUR SHARD, Alli have both the numbers and the benefits and only speaking for ME, it SUCKS. I don’t want a debate or pity or anything else. I stated a fact and my opinion regarding it. That’s all.

Why would I?
It’s happening every other shard. I didn’t see any sympathy for the Alliance there. Why should we be required to be sympathetic to the Horde now?

wait…can alliance complain about warmode not providing adequate rewards when they’re getting more rewards than the horde for doing it?
what are the horde players doing it for then?

Pretty much only for the 1 extra pearl per quest.

you can do quests? every time I boot up warmode alliance are just sitting in newhome for hours

It is a bit easier when you can fly. But I still die 50 times waiting on those Naga waves to spawn until the roving deathsquads get bored of me /cower /snorting at them while they rail me.
Mechagon is a lot worse because those quests don’t have WM bonuses. There are only 1 or 2 extra ones for being in WM but the island is a lot smaller and Horde only go there WM on if Call to Arms is up.
