Not lying though. My BF was in this epic queue on his Horde, he told me about half hour in he was still in it. We go smoke a cigg, and I’m like they must be just waiting for more Alliance to queue up. We go inside, I log in and queue up, few minutes later I get a pop as does he… same AV.
really depends on when you are queuing, sometimes its 40 minutes, other times its 4.

What do you mean? Communities are faction specific.
