We are flexible, open to growing with a new guild, we don’t want to guild hop and prefer longevity over burn out.
Do not want to make raiding a second job, but want to show up, do well, and have fun.
Both are mature and skilled players. No loot drama just good vibes and helpful. We care more about the greater good of the group but love to be competitive in our roles.
Some quick bullet points:
-Competent players, don’t need to be a sweaty tryhard but you shouldn’t suck. If a guildie isn’t good they should be coached and helped but not allowed to bring the raid down week after week
-Ability to be social, this game is a social game. We don’t raid just for purples, it’s fun to down content with others like a team.
-Team first mindset - Guild success > personal gains or feelings
-Balanced - Raiding is fun, but real life comes first.
My mage gear is R10 PVP with 90% prebis from dungeons, buddies Hpal is 90% dungeon prebis.
Last note, we would REALLY prefer to Raid on Sunday nights starting between sometime between 4-8pm server, with a flex day either Monday, Tues, Wednesday. This is definitely preferred but understand the need to be flexible. Thursday/Friday/Saturday raid days are a no.
