Take the vulpera model, modify.

Just imagine their tiny, graspy little hands!
The stripey tails! The burglar masks!

They can saunter up and scootle away

Druid

Give alliance trash pandas and watch the numbers balance themselves

There is the red panda look for pandaren and red pandas are a close relative of raccoons.

How many times does it need to be stated the issue with Alliance isn’t the races at this point so much as most people are playing Horde therefore it’s just more convenient to stay on Horde? Making a race people want to play isn’t going to tip the scale, you would honestly need a ridiculous size of the Horde faction to simultaneously decide to play Alliance. The issue isn’t their races, or racials (world first raiders explicitly state the Alliance racials are better but they don’t want to play Alliance due to the lack of population) it’s the lack of people. No race or racial is going to justify people having a much smaller group of people to play with in a PUG oriented environment for more than half the playerbase.
