Ok you seem to dont know how thing will work. No matter what the horde wont have the +15 ilvl until the next phase who will be in more than one week.
So in 2 week, the horde will only have a guaranteed 400 gear that will have the upgrade. At worst, the alliance will only have a chance of 400 gear on Wolrd boss and chance of some 355 on rare. At best they have a chance on 400 gear on WB and chance of some 355 on race plus a guaranteed 400 on warfront and free 355 for warfront.
At worst, the alliance will have a little disadvantage on the horde.
At best they have a big advantage on the horde.
The alliance have more chance to have the best of this. Stop making everything horde bias.

Rule of thumb is that the answer is typically the option that would feel most like the devs are all raising a middle finger to the Alliance playerbase.
Thus, old loot table.
If the contributions slider doesnot move to 100 percent . Alliance will get the new loot table .
It does fill up automatically though after 6 days .but 6 days theoretically are suppose to happen on Wednesday .
So if we don’t contribute we will get the new loot .
with how easy it is to gear by actually doing content you can’t just afk in… I don’t see how the Horde is being favored in this specific instance. It’s just a derpy warfront lol who cares.

I got a feeling blizzard doesn’t want anyone getting 400 gear from anything other than heroic raid the first week. That is also why end of dungeon rewards in m+ are capped.
I have read the post stating that it will flip on the start of a new cycle, but let’s face it new cycle is pretty open to interpretation.
I would just take those expectations down a notch and see what happens when it flips over to alliance.

The first piece you get from the quest is going to be for a slot that already has an existing piece with better traits on it. That’s just how RNG works.

Wrong. Did it today and got updated loot on 4 different toons.
So much for the fairness they were talking about, I guess.
