I’m really needing an offhand - do offhands without any damage constitute as weapons?

Does Alliance getting something you don’t get inhibit you in some way from progressing? Or are you concerned about PVP imbalance?

My ally character got her 385 Crossbow. To put that in perspective, it gave her 5 more i-Level than the Bow she got from Heroic Uldir G’huun.

Though admittedly, the new stats are kind of weak–less haste is never a good thing.

No we didn’t get a 385 weapon - a few of us got a 385 weapon. All my characters got 380s and most of them were useless. The one that was an upgrade was terrible stats.

This happened early at BFA’s launch too before Uldir.

As a general note, I have been surprised that the WQ emmisary rewards are not equal. I would think: emissary rewards are the same, faction equivalent emissaries cycle through, same number of WQ, same WQ rewards, same WQ but in different locations with faction appropriate flavoring.

Eyeroll… I’m against the 400ilvl gear handout, but the 385 gear is the same as 370 weapons before this patch. That’s completely random.

I think your concern should be item level inflation of alternative gearing pathways with each new raid… I can do WQ and get 360-370 gear (no emissary).

The WQ rewards aren’t even the same within a faction - not always. My feral had a ring quest from killing a bird the other day and my mage who could use a ring had a bracer as a reward from that same wq. RNG is RNG is RNG.

Do you remember that it was the other way around during the previous patch?

I hope now you understand how alliance felt when they got the short end of the stick.

RNG is fine regarding emissary rewards, but Blizzard should just make the emissary rewards the same for both factions. Problem solved. (BTW, this is not going to work for the WM reward, because of faction imbalance. you might say there isn’t any, but Blizzard has internal data which is why alliance has been receiving rewards)
