Just looking at the announcements here:
Particularly this quote:
“This new specialization offers a fresh playstyle, expanding the role and capabilities of Demon Hunters in combat. In Midnight, you’ll also be able to join the fray for the first time as a Void Elf Demon Hunter.”
Any thoughts on what the Horde will receive to balance this out? Orc DH? Nightborne DH? Nothing?
The fact that they announced VE here but left out any other races here has me leaning toward “nothing”, personally.
Alliance get VElf DH, Horde get full access to all areas of the hub city.
Nah, that’s not a good enough trade off.
So Horde gets full access to their own city? K.
You get another troll race… That we can play too.
Orc and nightborne dh would require retconning or new lore to be created justifying their existence. Void elf was fully compliant with current DH lore. You’ll survive.
Thinking of it as a trade off when you can easily play a void elf is wild.
The factions are over friends time to stop pretending.
Funny is they could’ve reused the night elf DH forms for Nightborne. I think. 
I dont think any other races will be getting demon hunter and i dont think thats an issue personally.
Most classes are not equal between factions.
I do wonder though if other races will get other classes.
Maybe a paladin roll out is coming. Or something like that.
Unfortunately this is true. Horde and Alliance will become a single world council after this trilogy is over. They have been hinting at it for quite some time now. I am speculating of course as there is no official source. But look at the direction of the overall story. BFA was the last Horde vs Alliance we are gonna get.
Horde don’t need to get anything.
Horde have 4 druids, Alliance only have 3.
Horde currently have 3 more race/class combos than Alliance, iirc, so this might just be a way of working towards balancing things out(though in today’s cross faction world, that seems unnecessary). It wouldn’t surprise me if we get more DH races sooner rather than later though.
Horde actually has more class options per race than alliance does.
Off the top of my head. I would say three zones completely revamped.
If it upsets you so much, play something else. There are a ton of games out there. I am sure there is something you can play that won’t trigger you feelings of being cheated.
It should have been mechagnomes.
Like they’ll touch up anything with Nightborne. Animations or model.

Horde already have more druids. Giving Void Elfs Demon Hunter IS the balancing.
Nightborne should be able to be DH too. Their city was literally taken by the Legion. They interacted a lot with fel energy.
Also, Draenei and Orcs should be allowed too.
It was already our city.
