Alliance just assumes the Horde is going to win so they quit when they feel even the tiniest bit of resistance.
Guess what! Horde is full of bads just like you!
On my 56 Rogue. I capped IBT and defended it against first a 60 Epic’d Shaman and then a 60 Mage until they sent multiple 60’s to recap. Sometimes I’m in the top 5 killing blows and have better statistics than the geared out 60’s
BCUZ I don’t stop and will never stop. I will never allow myself to adapt such a weaklings mindset that the Allies have formed.
Guess what! You’re not good at this game if you are not good at PvP. In TBC they had a contest to see who can clear Black Temple the fastest. The contest included the best raiding guild vs. the best PvP guild on the server. The PvP guild only used PvP gear (resilience) and they still won.
PvPing gives you the important skills required to be the best PvE’ers you can be. Without being good at PvP your parses mean doodoo. Just wait till TBC comes out and all the high ranking arena players get priority on everything loot/drop/raid spot over yall.
Now stop afking AV, nubs.

A little off-topic from your post, but there was a reason why resilience was nerfed not long into TBC. It was too good even in PvE
it basically allowed any class to face tank even boss mobs for a bit, nevermind a fully geared out tank in resilience gear. Ahh I miss original resilience

Resilience had no effect in pve.

Nope it was nerfed to STOP having an effect in PvE. I was a multiboxer in TBC and loved that resilience let me face tank mobs so easily in dungeons. I don’t remember the exact patch, but it was a sad day when the change was made.
EDIT: After trying to find info that supported my original post, and unable to do so lol, I may very well be wrong. But I swore I remember not being able to face tank after a change was made to pvp gear since my team was fully decked out in resilience when it happened. Ahh well, my bad if I was wrong

Ppl like to make stuff up to make themselves feel better. lol
Resilience was clearly the worst option at that point… the PvPers did it to prove a point.

Hate to break it to you but you’re not good at PVP if you think AV is pvp.

I’m 100% sure this holds true for the alliance in AV ….perhaps this is a bigger issue then cave location ?
You are doing AV wrong if you dont find PVP in AV. Perhaps you should get off the Horse.

That’s pretty impressive for a level 17. Post on your main or it didn’t happen.
Lemme guess… PvE isn’t PvE either? lol
Don’t worry dude, you’ll see real pve/pvp one day when you’re not lvl 17.
If you think you develop good PVP habits and skill by engaging in massive 40v40 PVE Objective based battlegrounds you’re a lost cause.
You’re probably one of those people who think they’re PVP gods after knocking down three doors with a tank in Strand of the Ancients.

Wait.
AOE grinding on the road for an hour isn’t pvp?
/sarcasmoff
Exactly!
I role into AV with a paladin buddy and he bops me and I aoe a group of horde down I don’t think “man i’m good at pvp” i think, “i can’t wait until this PVE grindfest is done”.
I mean, if you aren’t blizzarding and arcane explosioning, clearly you suck at pvp.
Resilience reduced your chance to be crit even in PVE. Had no damage reduction effect. This was confirmed by the fact that I would have enrage and bloodcraze go off in PVE even when I wasnt being crit.
I also used pieces of my gladiator set to fill in till I got tier pieces, to reach uncritability.
There are different ways of PvPing. Like bg’s, arenas, wpvp, duels, solo/group play. All are pvp. The secret to PvP is learning how to play without dieing. Just like in counterstrike, a good kills/assist/deaths ratio is required to be good. I def. wouldn’t hire some1 who has near a 50/50 split between kills and deaths. If you go in and pick your fights wisely and have a 50kills/ 3 deaths type of ratio in almost every game then you can talk.

That and feral tanks QQ’d because it was one of their best stats and only came from PVP.
Sure, good for MT that resilience helped (still not as good as +def)… what about the other 39 ppl in the raid that lost out on important stats for min/maxxing for pve. Use brains ppl.
Midway into TBC it also reduced the damage done by Damage over time effects, also very strong in certain PVE situations.
