old world problems of the other faction hording the stone wont be a thing in wrath like it was in classic or TBC. i was on whitemane for all that for 2 years it was 40% alliance vs 60% horde. it was crappy through and through… it was a major issue of why some of those servers died due to the dominance of population over the other faction. with wrath is like impossible because once you get a warlock inside you can just bring your raid or party member inside the instance. if you are having trouble questing cuz horde or alliance is killing you, just get good… or group with a friend and camp them. try it, its fun! LOL
