is there a way I can post a “pic” of my alliance blue honda fit with a beautiful 3x4 alliance gold and alliance blue symbol on the back of the hatch window. so proud of it every day.

Without trust level 3, no.
But you can put the URL in between ` marks, and someone else might post it with their trust level.
Ex. www.mybluealliancehonda.com

If you are, you can just upload the pic to an image hosting site, post link, win.
Or, you can post the link to it, and someone who is level 3 can repost it so the picture will show up.

You need to put the URL between two ` (tilde) marks. Or put a space somewhere in the URL and paste it here. Like www.mybluehonda. com
