When the leatherworking recipe “Pattern: Raptor Hide Harness” is posted on the auction house, no alliance member can see or purchase the recipe at all.
Which is strange because traditionally horde recipes like the kodo hide bag is available to alliance still. Is there a way to fix this so Alliance characters can obtain the recipe? When you faction change a horde character to move the recipe over it gets converted to Pattern: Raptor Hide Belt T_T
