Let me share with you my experience of alliance PvP. Last night I played 9 battlegrounds between two characters. We did not win one game. Every single game was an absolute blow out. It was so bad that horde were camping GY’s and players were just afk’ing out of the game.
I don’t understand this matchmaking system. Why does the alliance faction experience such terrible reputation with PvP? I just find it just ridiculous that I can’t que up and at least get paired with people with somewhat decent gear and half a brain. 75% of the ally players I played with tonight didn’t say a word the entire BG. Most of the players were between 150-190 iLvl’s.
How could blizzard address and fix this issue? What are some of your thoughts and opinions that can make my PvP experience a little more enjoyable?

More people who consider PVP their primary content play Horde, is my understanding.
last night, i tried 3 bgs as horde, lost sheeting shore 1500 to 0, wsg we were gy camped and deepwind gorge, allies got the 5 caps and gy camped us
come and play againts me, that way you will probably win

My recent Alliance reflex, mostly solo (couple of epics had one other person who doesn’t normally PvP who wanted to see what the changes were).

Alliance has been doing nothing but constantly win since 8.3 in bfa and its been getting worse {random bgs of course} Dunno about epics

Horde has more pvpers so they mostly have better gear. Gear is all that matters in shadowlands BG’s.

Epics are random battlegrounds.
What!!! People are exaggerating!!! Surely alliance is terrible lol… I don’t think I’ve ever lost even 4 in a row and my win percentage is 50-60% on either faction. Seeing these threads pop up is quite amusing.

Epics have become a lot more even and closer in score. WG is winnable on both offense and defense now. It’s more about playing smart than zerging now.
Getting ppl to listen is the biggest hurdle. I got trolled last night for calling an alternative strat last night (which did get us the win btw). But yeah, when leaders have a strat, listen to it. Everybody sitting back being keyboard warriors accomplishes nothing to help us win.

i win most of the games I play as alliance but being 223 ilvl certainly helps
