Has there been any established list of servers that will be more likely alliance/horde heavily populated?
Or is it likely any server is gonna be a toss up to choose from in the beginning?

They haven’t announced a server list yet for people to choose from. We don’t even know how many there will be.
My guess is PVE servers will be Alliance majority and PVP Horde majority. RP will be about even.
It’s going to be a toss up and a frenzy of people re-rolling week 1 because they picked the wrong server population and/or ratio. It’s why I would like Blizzard to display how many players are on a server and the faction ratio when looking at the server list hovering over the server name.
