How does one kill a vampire exactly? Blizzard has never been explicit about vampires and how they suffer true death. It is quite reasonable that Kirtinos and the Blood Queen are alive and well, plotting vengeance.
The Alliance did the Horde a favor by killing their San’layn. They were obviously not loyal, even to Sylvanus.
I already got my vengeance and nobody knows how and it’s super adorable!!

You think us killing soldiers in an army out to kill US, is revenge for your genocide?
no.
If you chop them up into small enough bits you can be reasonably sure that they won’t be coming back from that.
Gluing bunny tails onto orc butts is hardly revenge.

It may not be instant revenge but it’ll form cracks in the deepest parts of their mind that will eventually lead to their psyche shattering. He’s playing the long game.

dude this was such a small thing that the horde quite literally didn’t even know about it. You have had to done the BFA campaign as alliance to know this was even a thing.
Yeah the san’layn aren’t really brought up at all if you’re horde. I remember going “WAIT WE HAD THOSE?!” when I played thru the alliance story lol

I remember speaking to a friend of mine who plays horde and I mentioned how stupid it was that they were so close to getting them as a race but they couldn’t stop being super duper evil for 5 seconds.
His response “wait, the WHO?”

Most were under the command of the lich king in wrath. Actually all. With today’s lore I dont know what it means but they have nothing to do with horde really or alliance.
