So Midnight is around the corner and I will state this in the strongest possible terms I can. No matter what the lore brings I will not accept Alleria as my queen. I am a proud blood elf and the alliance means nothing to me. If they retcon our story just to make a small minority happy then Blizzard has no rights to get money from me. Make it so that the re dteam has their own leaders they can follow through the initial questing like Liadrin and Rommath who have a real meaning for sin’dorei players.

Just a daily reminder to Blizzard not to pretend any serious blood elf player would see Alleria as hero or future queen. Cause that would make no sense. the blood elves have good enough rulers already so don’t fix what isn’t broken.

Why would Alleria become queen? AFAIK she’s not part of the royal bloodline.
Maybe she replaces Lor’themar as the de facto leader, but I doubt she’d be made a queen.

Well she shouldn’t. Blizzard can’t let the blood elves be part of the Horde for 18 years and then act like it never happened. That is not how a good story works.
I made this thread because I know that Blizzard made a lot of bad lore decisions recently and I don’t put it past them that they would ruin the fun of blood elf fans even further.

Although I used to like her, now she is so obnoxious I can barely stand to hear her voice acting. She makes me wince & cringe.

I don’t mind her being in the story. I just don’t want her to be my leader that is all. The blood elves are doing fine without Windrunner sisters and their weird fable of humans.

Ah, so he isn’t actually here to discuss or argue in good faith, only to annoy people? They should come up with a name for that.
And maybe make doing it against the rules.
And the cherry on top, take action against those reported for doing it. Permanent action for repeat offenders who build up a reputation.

I liked the blood elves story but at this point silvermoon needs to be a giant void crater. Only way to be sure.
Erevien is very good at skirting the line between “incredibly annoying troll” and “not actually breaking forum rules somehow” and I’m as surprised as anyone else as to how he manages, honestly.
Also don’t expect to find rhyme or reason in his posting.

Midnight gives plenty chances to let the elves shine but I don’t think we see Kael’thas any time soon as he is dead as we all know. I am happy if the rest of the Sin’dorei get the spotlight for a brief time too that is all I am asking for.

Probably because it’s a complaint thread railing against Blizzard and complaining about horde leaders.
I say we just resurrect Varian and let him be the leader of the elves. A fine king indeed.

I would assume Liadrin would have the most attenation in Midnight considering her contributions to restoring the Sunwell. Likely to become a reckless character much like recent Jania, Tyrande, and Alleria when the Sunwell is corrupted.
