Vulpera for bag of tricks
Tauren

draenei
human

Night elf always crazy good pve and pvp (cancelling some Cast or Drinking)
Draenei Buff next patch Might be good
Human to remove stun
Gnome for Roots
Worgen more Movement speed next patch
Kul Tiran for extra CC and vers
There lots of choice pick one that you like and fit your style

Kul Tiran look the best in leather mogs.

Night Elf >= Undead > Gnome > Pandaren

Consider Worgen if you want to do blitz and carry the flag

Night Elf is good for the skillshot shadowmeld. Due to the nature of it being a skillshot it will be a bit incosistent. Can also be used for mana but we don’t really have mana issues if you play right. No very useful for blitz otherwise.

Undead is good for the extra fear/sleep trinket. You will be CCed a lot and one of the worst CCs for you is sleep and fear since they have a damage threshold so you can’t avoid it with positioning like with poly. The r1 mistweaver right now is an undead (bankmw).

Pandaren is alright for the incap, which lets you do a longer CC chain of instant casts (basically unavoidable). One of the r1 monks right now is Pandaren too (meepmonk).

Gnome is good to break root beam from boomies. It could also be an alright FC, so has benefits for both blitz and arenas.

All other races have minor benefits not even worth mentioning for MW, imo. Maybe you can do some shenanigans with Void Elf’s port but that’s even more inconsistent than Shadowmeld, I think.

Yes and the extra 2% crit damage. Plus frost resistance is something against frost mages

They’re all about the same. Any super niche racial utilities will see minimal gameplay time and you generally wouldn’t want to overload your action bars with more active abilities.

You can pull off some pretty silly shenanigans with the extra “teleport” available to Void Elves, but Transcendence Transfer already does quite well on its own and it’s not as challenging to use well. Kul Tiran’s knockback can be fun, but I find myself hardly ever using it and you’ve got Ring of Peace anyway (healers tend to want to stay away from the fight).

Night Elf Shadowmeld can sometimes be clutch. Only sometimes though, and it’s benefits are often negligible in PvP due to DoTs and such unless you’re playing against a long cast time while not CC’d.
