Sometimes when i get a item i already have the appearance for, it counts as collected. When i already have the appearance (EXAMPLE: helm of domination off of ossirian in AQ20) I already have the appearance but the addon says it is not collected. I have got the item before i downloaded it. is it bugged or somethihng?
There are various sources for each mog. On the bottom of the tooltip the addon lists them.
There is an option in the addon settings to turn this off - so once you get one version of it it stops dinging, I’m not logged in to give details…

Seems like you left “the completonist” mode on. The addon displays if you still haven’t got an item even tho you already unlocked that appearance.
To disable it, uncheck the “Completionist mode” box on the configuration panel, it’s one of the top options.
