All the PvE tuning changes the game currently needs

I understand u have been busy creating Trading post so I thought id help you out by delivering the info to you so u can just easily put them in the game and make everyone happy with basicaly 0 effort and with 0 cost


Vault of the Incarnates Raid

Terros

Damage done by Awakened Earth and Seismic Assault reduced by 30% on heroic and higher difficulties

Primal Council

On Heroic and Lower diff Conductive Mark no longer stacks over 1.
On Heroic and higher diff, reduced damage done by meteor axes by 25%.

Dathea

On Heroic and Lower diff Conductive Mark no longer stacks over 1.
On Heroic difficulty only, Thunderbolt debuff have been removed.

Kurog Grimtotem

On Heroic and higher diff, reduced damage done by Absolute Zero by 25%.

Sennarth

All diffs, When Sennarth ascends is now based on health % instead of a timer.

Raszageth

On Heroic only, lowered the amount of health of all creatures including the boss and the absorb amount of storm shield by 15-20%
On heroic and higher diff, reduced the damage done by Static Charge explosion by 20%.


Dungeons/Mythic+ Dungeons

Removed Fortified and Tyranical Completely
Removed trash needed on mythic+ in all dungeons currently with a timer over 30mins by an amount equal to making it fit a 30min max timer
+2 or +3 a m+ dungeons now rewards extra chests with 1 piece of loot per chest aswell.

Nokhud Offensive

Reduced damage done by the raging tempest electrical storm by 25%
Reduced damage done by Balakar Khans stormwinds by 25%

Temple of Jade Serpent

Removed some aoe damage spells from trash creatures completely.
Depraved Mistweavers Touch of Rain is now a magic debuff instead of a curse.

Ruby life Pools

Removed some aoe damage spells from trash creatures completely.

Halls of Valor

Reduced the damage done by Odyns Runic Brand by 20%.

Shadowmoon Burial Grounds

Reduced the damage done by Nhallish Soul Shred by 20%


Overall Class tuning (PVE Only)

Healing Specs

Increased the healing amount done by only spread out healing spells and hots for MW, Holy P, Disc P, Resto Sham and Holy Paladin by 25%.

DPS SPECS

Damage done by AoE spells/abilities…

increased by 20% for BM Hunter, Frost Mage, Surv Hunter

increased by 15% for Fury war, arcane mage, destro lock, WW monk, Assa rogue, Ret pala, Outlaw rogue, UH DK, demo lock, havoc DH, arms war

increased by 10% for Fire mage, aff lock, ele shaman, deva evoker, sub rogue, enhance sham, frost dk, MM Hunter, feral druid

Damage done by Single Target spells/abilities…

increased by 20% for demo lock, balance druid, WW monk

increased by 10% for fire mage, arcane mage, destro lock, MM Hunter, ele sham, havoc DH, Shadow Priest, ret pala, feral druid, fury warrior

increased by 5% for frost mage, deva evoker, outlaw rogue, aff lock, frost dk, sub rogue, assa rogue, surv hunter

Tank Specs

Damage done by AoE spells/abilities…

increased by 25% for Blood DK
increased by 12% for Prot Paladin, Veng DH
increased by 3% for prot warrior, brew monk

Damage done by Single Target spells/abilities…

increased by 20% for Blood DK
increased by 10% for Prot Paladin, Veng DH, Brew Monk

Honestly Vault is fine except for Razageth , the amouof movement involved completely nullifies caster damage until intermission 1.

And as for Demo locks they really dont need an aoe damage buff lol.
