People like you are why more people leave the game then stay. There is no value in your unsellable mount. Grats you wasted more time than other people. Not a big life achievement.

I have 4000+ attempts at that mount. I think it’s about time they increased the drop rate to 1:500 from 1:2000. I don’t care at all about the feefees of people who need to feel special because they got lucky. It’s bad for the game to trap people in many thousands of attempts and then punish them for not doing boring freaking chores and hyper repetitive content with the people who despise them and wish they’d quit.

I’d be happy if they done SOMETHING other than “OH S*** IT’S BUGGED! QUICK FIX IT!!!”. And not specifically mount related, they have a bug that rewards a player and they fix it immediately, yet there are bugs in this game that have been here for YEARS and they do nothing?
But honestly it would be nice if they changed it so you don’t have a 1/2000 drop rate every time you kill it, do something, change the drop rate, make it so you can farm currency and buy it, anything, then people who got their mount today can keep it for all I care.
But fact is they will do absolutely nothing, they won’t change anything, they almost certainly won’t remove the mount, they will just leave it as is and those of us who have been at it for 10 years will feel robbed that all that time we put in goes to waste by some dude who brought DF as their first expansion and gets it first kill.

why wowhead took so long to post it?. When they need to post something quickly they are too late.
Because they didn’t earn it. And adding a tonne of these mounts to the population reduces it’s prestige.

No one earned it, it’s literally RNG on an unlimited resource. There is no prestige.

Bugs that allow people to escape the content loop quicker have to be patched out.
Also there are no doubt posts on social media of people telling others to quickly make their evokers to game their mount chances. Thus all mounts gained after those post times need to be removed.

I tested Sha now few minutes ago and i only received the cage without any loot. No mount.

Because it’s been hotfixed (as according to the first wowhead post) a bit after 10pm pacific.
They should give an explanation but surely they will not say anything about it.
It’s not about the mount, I have plenty of mounts, some unobtainable and I couldn’t care less if they brought them back or made them easier to get.
It’s the principle of the matter that they do nothing for 10 years, 2 of those years when MoP was up and Sha was available they even buried their head in the sand when we told them it was bugged and not dropping. There was literally a time period of about 2 years where the mount never dropped and they refused to believe us, 2 whole years of hard mode farming with a bug and they done NOTHING.
We get this bug for what, 12 hours? And they fix it same day it’s up, mind you it was the same bug that was on Alpha and Beta. Then there are the numerous other bugs that still plague this game, all of which are a detriment to players and what gets done? Nothing.
It’s a spit in the face, the whole “We are listening” debacle we go through every expansion only for it all to be a lie, the good we see, only for it to be taken away because it was not intended. Why do you think we joke about “Fun detected”, because it’s true, anytime there is anything fun they remove it, nerf it, change it, anytime there is anything that goes against how Blizzard are trying to force us to play the game they make it so players don’t find it fun and really do force us into how they want the game played, not what we enjoy doing.
It has nothing to do with the mount, it’s about allowing one set of lucky players who abused the system to get something many, many players have been attempting to obtain for many years when there are a host of other problems they have just left by the wayside.
Like the issue of some WoD transmog items being removed at the start of SL and their promise to fix them, only for it now to be the start of DF and a new post stating they won’t be fixing it any time soon. Players had something nice, it got removed and never fixed, and with no ETA and a real possibility that it will never be fixed, it just goes to show how Blizzard view their paying customers, give us something nice that was unintended and it’s gone within hours, take something nice that was unintended and more than 2 years later nothing.
