All servers "Incompatible"?

I tried all the steps up to and including deleting and reinstalling the game. Still all servers are “Incompatible”. What do I do?

I’m having the same issue. Before the server screen I still see the game as Patch “9.0.5…” It appears as though the update patch didn’t fully go through, but I haven’t found a way to force it to check again.

I’m having the same problem - ever since the update today. I also can’t submit a ticket through support for some reason which is incredibly annoying. I don’t pay $154 a year for this crap.

You can force check for updates via Bnet. Incompatible means you have not applied the patch.

I’m having the same issue. Did a scan and repair and manually checked for updates. It tells me I’m up to date (even though Version still says 9.0.5).

Same issue - Battle.net says there is an update pending, but there is no way to tell it to continue with the update. It says I can still modify the installation, but there is also no button to do that. All buttons that might take action are grey and inactive.

There is a small download arrow along the top of the Bnet client where active or pending downloads can be accessed.

If you haven’t already try restarting the computer (not shut down, but specifically restart) and then load up the Battle.net app again to see if it will pick up the update. Sometimes a quick restart is all that’s needed to get things moving again.

When I click the down arrow it says paused at 0% and won’t resume. I’ve also reinstalled the battle.net app and cleared the battle.net tools folder from c:\programdata

If I try to click play it indicates that there’s a new version of wow and to use the battle.net app, so it’s going in circles.

EDIT: Never mind, it seems there was an instance of ‘World of Warcraft’ running in the b/g. I found it in my processes and killed it with a Hammer of Wrath!
