Can you please make these bind on account or at least consider tweaking their drop rate a little bit? Seems a bit harsh to drop pretty rare and let alone you have to hope they drop for the same toon that might have been lucky to get one…

they are components for the all-seeing eye toy
Would be a nice change for this toy.
Having to get two rare drops with low% for a toy is kinda harsh. Making the halves BoA would mitigate that quite a bit.
This is coming from someone who has the toy after getting extremely lucky with the two halves dropping.
