October 6th has been the obvious date for weeks now. Anyone suggesting otherwise is an obvious troll.

Personally, couldn’t care less about prepatch. It’s not like it gives you a new reason to log in. Want to see how your spec plays at 50 with the reworks? PTR has been up for over a month. You’re desperate to complete a recycled, 2-week quest chain at the argent tournament grounds? Have at it, son.

Shadowlands is the only release that matters.

I don’t personally care about the pre patch events, but me and some friends are waiting for the leveling changes to finally level our mains for SL. Most people just want the new customizations more than the actual event.

From the looks of GD it won’t come soon enough.

I didn’t really consider that. Sad, then, that people are more hyped about the new barbershop than about the prepatch content itself.

And with them having 4 covenants to play through i need 3 more characters
And then 1 more because if I’m playing 4 characters I might as well level a 5th class to get the achievement :stuck_out_tongue:

I am looking forward to the customizations for sure, and I am still completely undecided who my main horde character will be. BFA was my DH, Legion was kind of a combo between DH and rogue, so maybe one of them, or my hunter, I can’t deciiiiiide, so maybe the prepatch will help. Ugh.

Ally main will always be the same forever I think, maybe.

I’ll admit that I am getting a little restless while waiting. I’m at the point where I’m doing some Legion rep stuff on my warrior and I finished getting archaeology to 950 on another char - I guess just for the achievement.

I’m a pretty boring casual player, so new customizations are an exciting feature to look forward to.
