I opened all of them on Wednesday, was only credited with opening 28, I come back today and they’re all closed, non-interactable, and I’m also still able to click mobs through them, but I cant interact with or damage them in any way.
I’ve tried leaving and entering several times, reset instances, relogged, restarted the game, seems to be stuck.
mines the same way had all but the 3rd floor open now they all have doors on them again cant reopen them even with new key and the big sider quit respawning though thats a plus if you ask me
Same here! i have 13 keys but can’t open anything
Mine is bugged too 
I see small spiders but the big elite spider is gone and all doors are closed and unable to interact with them.
Did you manage to fix it
Big spider has also stopped spawning for me.
Same submitted a ticket afte trying evrtyhing i could think of, hopefully someone will figure it out before reset =/
This seems to be an intended change. The little guys respawn slightly more often but the big one you only have to kill once now.
I am slightly curious if anybody with the door problem has tried walking through the door? Just to test if it is really there or just a visual issue.
I noticed when i went back to my main’s fully cleared Vault that the hanging chests and their chains in the other rooms had respawned, but when I pulled the chains again it gave the message but the chest simply vanished rather than letting me loot again - meaning it was just graphical and not real.
I am having the exact same issue. Logged in this morning to do my dailies, farmed up a few keys. Went inside the vault and all of the doors are closed and not able to be interacted with.

Same issue here! Cant complete [What’s Behind the Next Door] Quest. Nothing seems to fix. Tried abandoning and logging and everything.
Same issue here on one of my characters. Even doors that I had previously opened are closed. No doors can be interacted with. Submitted a ticket, and support says it’s because I was in a raid group - which I was not - so I had to re-open the ticket. This issue has persisted since day one - and I think it was due to logging out when my character was in the vault instance.
Same here, today I’ll open the last doors but I can’t interact with doors, the elevator did not show up, all bugged.

Yep, same issue here this morning. A clear problem with a major feature of the game and not a work from Blizzard to be found anywhere after ~5 days of reports? Have they responded to this bug or acknowledged it’s being worked on or anything?
My vault has been completely broken for since Thursday afternoon. It’s pretty annoying.
Happened to me today as well in Vault Urr Earlier I was in a group to go into the War Creche, if that’s relevant info for the devs trying to fix the bug.
just tried that as I am still in the vault and this just happened and can confirm. I cannot just walk through the doors
Also happened to me, I had almost 3 floors unlocked but all doors closed and I can’t even open any one of them.
