I went to Ironforge and there are 0 NPCs in there. When I asked trade chat, a LOT of people said they have the bug too.

Verified. Logging out and back in or using /reload didn’t help. I got invited to group with someone who could see the NPCs, which did work, and once I left the group I could still see and interact with them.
A lot of people were reporting NPCs missing in Ironforge in Trade and Ironforge general chat channels.

Sylvanas and Vari are missing in UC too
Bug still there. Just went to IF and no NPCs. People were saying in chat that if you join a group that has the “layers” working then it fixes the issue (at least for that login session). However there was no one in IF that had working layers while I was there.
I wonder how long it will take blizzard to fix it?

I just tried to hand in a quest in Ironforge still no NPC’s to be found. Had to run out another flight path to get griffin to Stormwind lol

hello OP I am on Remulos too and it is bugged no NPCs
Is it just an Oceanic server thing? I’ve had the problem since last night. Blizzard are usually pretty good about responding to tickets but I’m beginning to think they don’t love us Down Under.
Either that or the hardware’s full of spiders.

Can confirm, no NPCs in Undercity on Arugal realm.
Same with me, OCE Yojamba server in IF.

Just had this happen to me on Arugal, someone needed to invite me to fix the issue.
Having this issue on Remulos yesterday and today. All NPCs in Ironforge seem to be within a different instance that are only accessible to some players. This may be an issue caused by “sharding”. Logging out then logging in, reloading the area by using /reload, walking through the portal to Deeprun Tram then back into Ironforge, and restarting the client have no effect. Some players have reported being able to work around this by being invited to the party of a player who is able to see the NPCs. This issue began after the Oceanic server crash yesterday.
24 hours ago I went to Ironforge with a few of my characters and there were no npcs. I was invited to several groups to try and rephase me, but none of them worked. I logged out of the game and logged back in, still the same problem. I waited hours, and logged in again, still no npcs.
Eventually I caught the tram to Stormwind, which was fine; but having Ironforge out of action is really messing up my questing.
I’m on Oceania Remulos.
Blizzard please do something.
Seeking a fix for Remulos.
Happening again, December 17, 2019.
