All NPC’s Invisible in Dornogal

Update:
I went ahead and started the quest chain on this alt and they seem to appear so far on the city quest.

On my hunter all the NPC’s in Dornogal are invisible and I can’t interact with them. I can only seem them for a split second when I click to logout. My other characters can see the NPC’s but I can’t on my hunter.

Exiting the game logging back in didn’t fix it either.

Not sure if it bugged because of this:
I flew to the ocean from Dornogal on this character thinking I could go to the next island so once I started to get fatigue I teleported back to Dalaran and then took the Stormwind portal back to Dornogal.

What quest did you start, All the npcs and mailboxes in Dornogal are invisible. I cant seem to interact with anything

You first need to finish the quest “To Dornogal” - its the quest where you receive dragon flying. In next couple of quests the detail states that you may not be able to interact with things in the city. I had the same issue on an alt, I finished those initial 3 or 4 quests up to where you clear debris from the city, then everything is able to be interacted with again.
