Hey Folks. Are your addons that you have been using for years breaking your game still as well?
I use 65+ and all are working fine. Obvious question did you update them to the latest version?

Sure did, ive uninstalled, reinstalled and still i keep getting LUA’s

Im only running 3 now, due to the issues and even those are breaking. Details, healbot, Decursive.
Do you get the errors whit no addons?
Nope! Works fine, just very plain lol
No I get zero errors.
I would install one at a time, start with details

I recommend getting something like BugSack. It will tell you which addons aren’t working right. You can bring those bug reports to their respective authors. If they’re still working on the addon, those reports will help them update and keep them going.

Type this into your chat, it will open the LUA error window.
/console scriptErrors 1
That will tell you EXACTLY which addon is doing it, down to the line of code that is causing the issue.
When you are done, type
/console scriptErrors 0
To disable it.

I use four or five. Only one that keeps crashing or put it this way I have to keep disabling it is a quest helper I think it’s called dugi or something like that. It’s frustrating and the pathetic part for me I only really use it for automatically looting quest items, auto gear recommendations and that’s about it.
It’s updated per curseforge I guess the code is just crap.

only one now that gives an error ( and that is only when i log in ) is a Protoform synthesis one. all the rest are fine now . Tidy plates and postal were the two big ones at start of patch till they got updated
No problem. That LUA error box is a life saver when you addons go wonky.
Idk why but I’m also having the issue with addons that are up to date. They’ll work fine and then I go to use abilities and I’m flooded with LUA errors about any random addon.

Been seeing this as well. Luckily doing old content (mostly) so I end up having to reload the UI during a fight after disabling everything or possibly culprits.
Been updating the few addons I used as they’ve been updated. Healbot still seems to kick out errors but going to use that console command to see what the real issue is.
