After maintenance, no orders. They all had 3days+ remaining.

Same. I had them before maintenance before I logged out now they are gone.
I tried to put some personal orders in on alts and went to the NPC and got a message that work orders were turned off for now. I know the AH was off earlier, might be the same type of issue.
