I found the randomness of p1 for havoc “intense” at times lol, p2 wasn’t too bad imo. i didnt check exactly but i’d say took me like 50 pulls
This seems unfair. Those mogs where supposed to be an expansion only thing. Completely cheapens the original experience for the players who achieved them when it was current content.
If they’re bringing this back, they better bring back the auction house mount for sale…
I just did the ret one and it was SINGIFICANTLY easier than prot. The enrage timer is super forgiving and you can just play it safe and heal. I also had practice doing it on rogue and demo lock and it looks very similar for enhance… now I just need to learn how to play enhance XD
Ya, I struggled a lot with this for the same reason. What I ended up doing was lust + pot on pull to get him to the arcane phase as fast as possible and slow rolled him and took as long as possible in arcane and just hung out with the mirror images to keep killing them and healing to wait for CDs to reset. Then I got to P2 with the shadowman and had lust come up with meta at the end and it was GG!

This is already pretty unavailable given that after next week, it’ll be up for one week every 3-4 months. I think mage tower should be MORE accessible (but same level of difficulty; some challenges should actually be harder) and be around more frequently so people can play and practice more and ENJOY it without feeling like they have to rush to get it done or miss their window.

I saved drums for p2 just cause of how few times I was getting to it, I potion/meta start and just played frost phase safe farming frags/padding. Arcane phase I tried to bring him to the middle best I could (not the greatest with spin retreat) so tried to always have 2x rush up.
Second phase what ultimately was the game changer for me at least was pooling a bit of fury for adds. Ended the fight just over 900 dps with about 1/8 platform to play with. was stoked to finally get it. Popped everything at start of p2 and just tried to be greedy with how slow I kited him. Almost died several times being too greedy with the pools. had to healthpot it and used blur on cd

Im at at least wipe 200 now on guardian druid . Aint happening for me unless its NERF

Yo! First of all, I wanted to say thanks to everyone in this thread who gave positive feedback to me or other posters. It’s sincerely appreciated.
To the rest of you, I’m honestly disappointed. I’ve played this game on and off for a while now, and the reason I keep coming back is the best part of MMO games: the community.
The constant shared experiences and bettering yourself and your character and your teams is something that no other genre has or game does as well… And the past HALF A WEEK has turned the forums into a literal league of legends lobby.
Everyone thinks they’re playing perfect. Everyone is doing damage perfectly and doing mechanics perfectly… But the pve npcs are op. The thing that’s literally programmed and designed to be beaten and has been beaten by literally thousands of people is somehow op?
And instead of congratulating them for their achievements, or having an actual positive discussion about how or why they did what they did, there’s been countless accusations, flame, and CRYING for nerfs.
This is not how any civilized person should play a game. If you die or wipe to something, look at what YOU did so that it doesn’t happen again instead of asking for a nerf. If someone has accomplished something you haven’t, it has nothing to do with them being better than you, it has to do with HOW they went about it. Because at the end of the day, we all have the same buttons and the gcd makes reaction times available to everyone. If you’re still struggling with the Mt, Just ask for help and RECORD. YOUR. ATTEMPTS. I can’t stress how helpful that was for me when I was learning pvp.
