All my keybinds are randomly stopping to work, specialy on the beginning of Mythic Plus, as soon as it kicks off.
When it happnes, the only way I found to make it back working is reloading the UI.
I deleted most of the macros i were using and even avoinding to use moddifiers.
Out of the game all is working fine.

It’s on retails, btw, and started to happen after the pre-patch launch.
