Gnome legs are surprisingly strong, like tightly coiled springs. Ever seen a cobra strike? Same thing.

Gnomes should have a racial that called “Get Booted” where they can use the ability and a random member of a taller race appears and kicks them, launching them up to 30 yards away.

Yeah, that sounds legit to me. They need to do something to compensate for all the times I’ve run into some shallow water and started swimming as everyone else walked right on by.

Double half jump.
Which will equal the one jump they currently have.
In addition, I propose larger races (Kul Tirans, Orcs, Tauren, Draenei) gain an ability called “Punt”.
Sends a gnome flying at the selected angle and velocity, no limit on distance but subject to gravity. Gnome is immune to fall damage until coming to a complete stop.
Anyone who runs into a gnome while flying is stunned for 5 seconds and dismounted. Gnome will then “bounce” and fly off in a random direction snd velocity.
Two gnomes colliding midair will “bounce” off eachother.
Landing on a solid surface which can’t be stood on will also cause a bounce.
And voila, Gnomish Flight Form.

But a double jump would be really nice for when all those stupid CATS knock us off the table.

They should get double jump, but their jump height should be cut in half.
As long as that double jump lands them in my cookpot

You basically do since you jump just as high as every other race vs the height a gnome should jump to.

You can double jump but each jump is only 50% as high as a normal jump.
