Could you please fix the warband? It’s not working properly

"This character does not have access to this bank." Warband bank broken

As of today, I am not able to withdraw gold or items from my warband bank. I am given the message “This character does not have access to this bank.” I am on a trial account, but I had full access to the warband bank just yesterday.
