So is Blizzard EVER going to attempt to do anything about the groupfinder being entirely runsellers all from the same website? Like you have lawyers? Even if you didn’t want to go through all of that, you can literally just open group finder and see at any given time at least 7 run seller groups. Always the same website, the same servers, they don’t even have to put in effort…

People report the group adverts, next day they are gone to be replaced by another batch on a different server, rinse repeat forever.
Imagine if they were going to hit a RMT boosting site, they would have to get advice from Nintendo.
Nintendo would sue the mario off your child’s grave, I just wish they’d find some balance that doesn’t lead me to believe they must be getting some money from the boosters of Chaos

Okay so something most people need to be aware of that is they do silence/ban these accounts, it’s just that the people have, like, an infinite amount more because their services (which are not permitted) fund more of them
The most important thing people can do is 1) report them for advertising and 2) fill out the little box with a reason because this helps to make their process less profitable/efficient

It seems they make it exceedingly easy. I would argue other games don’t have it this bad, but that is also because they have less players, but they also do more to stop it and don’t allow you to type a website in to the description

they actually made it harder to even report these. Before it was one click to report advertisement and get them off your list now you need to go through an entire menu to do it. I would report all of them previously now it’s too much effort to go through the whole list.
Yeah and on top of that it’s bugged and makes you do it twice lol
We can believe that but we really have no evidence that any of them are having to do this shuffle.
If they have actual game masters yea, it wouldn’t take long.
They don’t have any characters apparently, like they could just log on to an 80 and see the premade groups lol
Didn’t say they needed to, just that is what they do. It is weird, they are usually all on the same server and when they pop up again it is all on a different server.
For me it would be instant perma ban, for all bnet license on that email. No appeal.
I would also investigate the gold transactions of that account and perma-ban anyone suspiciously trading with them. No appeal.
Considering Blizzard made it take 150% more steps to report the advertisements in TWW, I’m going guess that they dont care.
Should be both an account and hardware ban for this and RMT.

If I was Blizz, I wouldn’t have these 1 week, 3month, 6 month bans. All bans would be perma and no appeal.
Name Ban, credit card ban, address ban.
because its safe to assume they have their hands in both cookie jars, probably running the illegal sites as well.
Honestly, they could run groupfinder through an AI process (they have the logs; if they don’t, they could add them). Then, it would be a simple process of AI combing through the logs and starting the process to mute/silence/suspend/ban accounts.
It would not be a complicated process, but they, for some reason, don’t want to.
You guys also notice they’re all guardians? Gotta be a farming connection there lol
