ALL Addons on at the same time on start up?

Since the patch this Tuesday, October 22nd, when I launch WoW and enter any character all (and I do mean ALL) my addons are turned on by default. Never had this happen in 20 years in WoW.

I can uncheck them from the menu or in-game and then reloadui and it goes down to the addons I have checked on. But if I quit WoW and restart the game I end up with ALL my addons on again. Very annoying.

Anyone else having this issue, because I don’t see anyone else posting about it.

What do I do? I really don’t want to delete my WTF and Addons folders and start all over again.

Came here for this. Mine is doing the exact same thing since 11.0.5.

Same problem here. All addons are enabled every time I start the game. It’s getting really annoying having to go through and disable all the ones I don’t want every time. Some I only need in certain situations. Some are only needed for healers. Etc. Please fix!
