All Aboard quest, elevator is broken?

So I started a new character till I get paid and get my sub and shadowlands xpac, but I ran into an issue in Orgrimmar.

So I talked to the little gnome in the troll area, I choose Panderia and talked to the guy and now I have the quest all aboard, and it says get a flight, but the elevators up there are not running? Since I can’t fly so… Am I missing something? Dis they move the FP?

Also it happens to my friend I am playing with, we tried logging out, waited to the maintenance today it is still not letting us complete it.
