On Retail, whenever I zone into a leveling dungeon, or after using my hearthstone, all my my abilities become unusable. I press the keybind for Consecration, for example, and nothing happens. This happens for every single ability on my bars. I /reload, and the issue is resolved. Anyone know the cause / a more permanent fix?
Had this happen after the patch. Only way I got around it was completely disabling ElvUI.
