isnt it kind of crazy how one class is getting so much in comparison to those who need help what is this priest obsession? Shadow is near haxx and disc is a raid boss…holy is now PROBABLY going to creep into mini-boss form as of the buffs…
what is going on? lol there are other classes…oddly enough trying to buff arms to offset is hilarious at best…just equals more of the same.

As someone who has played priest since WoD, I have seen countless resto druid metas, rsham metas, pres metas… I’ve watched Blizzard ignore priest utility for multiple expansion only to give battle rez and spammable CC to hpal.
Every dog has its day. It’s lame to sit around barking about someone getting their time in the sun when the next xpac the meta will shift again. Healer balance will also be close after today. The reality is that there will always be a spec put on top of the wowhead tier list, and that will be what 60% of people play regardless if it’s only theoretically 0.01% better.
Too strong is too strong and there is NO WAY the data is not clearly screaming priest too strong (they have been for like 4 xpacks now btw). This isn’t a time in the sun its a basking.
Healer balance will not be close lol its just leaning priest in a slightly different way by leaving you all another option to instant cast into boss form. At this rate they will be forced to buff MS(again)…just to keep you all in line.
Participation isn’t spec balance and correlation is not causation. Blizzard has actual performance numbers and this is what they’ve chosen to do. If you have proof that after these changes the throughput of the other healers isn’t in line with disc, I will gladly change my opinion (you don’t).

Discipline’s day has been 2 expansions now.
As someone who’s played priest since wotlk.
But disc and holy have taken turns to be the best healer multiple times across the 20 years of the game. Priest is like mage or rogue, staple pvp classes since forever. Its not “poor priests they FINALLY get to shine”
Priests have been Blizzard’s darling class since Vanilla.
Disc has been too good for too long. What season in the past 2-4 years is disc not in the top 3 healers?
DF S1 disc was the worst healer.

Holy has historically been the worst healer over the history of the game and nothing else comes close to this.
no they were the BEST healer in DF S1.
Only at the very end of it when we got 2 charges of ps (with buffs). Until that point id often get the old “why are you playing disc”
What difference does that make? You think the people I queued into today who were playing Holy in placement matches were playing a Priest last week? lol
People reroll with every patch note, whether it’s to a different spec, or toon.
I feel like double spriest holy/disc would actually be good. What’s going to die?
They overtook rdruids almost 2 months(28-01-2023) into the DF season 1 patch I am looking at the data right now. The season was between 12 December 2022 and ended on 1 May 2023.
My will to play the game if I queue into that.
